Position: Barcelona Fashion Designer
致力于快时尚女装部门自主设计开发款式，满足欧洲快时尚客户开发需求，提升自主设计和打样能力，提高样品选中率和下单选中率，促进公司业务持续发展。
Committed to the independent design and development of styles for the fast fashion women's clothing department, meeting the development needs of European fast fashion customers, enhancing independent design and sample-making capabilities, increasing the sample selection rate and order selection rate, and promoting the continuous development of the company's business.

二、核心岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
1、进行深入的市场调查，跟踪新兴的季节性趋势、轮廓、面料创新和快速时尚领域的技术进步。分析竞争对手的策略和消费者偏好，以确定可操作的见解，然后将调查结果按季度汇编成简洁易懂的简报手册供跨团队部门同步。
Conduct in-depth market research to track emerging seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics innovations, and technical advancements within the fast fashion landscape. Analyze competitor strategies and consumer preferences to identify actionable insights, then compile findings into comprehensive seasonal trend briefings for cross-team alignment.
2、与客户BO设计团队合作，寻找并评估最佳面料、辅料、刺绣和装饰元素。积极贡献原创设计理念、时尚元素和创意解决方案，提升产品相关性和市场吸引力。跟HM设计师会议沟通设计方向和需求，设计出一系列女装款式，同时能进行一些女装印绣花图案设计
Collaborate with Customer BO design teams to source and evaluate optimal fabrics, trims, embroidery, and decorative elements. Proactively contribute original design concepts, fashion-forward elements, and creative solutions to elevate product relevance and market appeal.Have a meeting with HM designers to communicate about the design direction and requirements, design a series of women's clothing styles, and at the same time be able to design some printed and embroidered patterns for women's clothing
3、将流行趋势和时尚元素快速转化为原创设计，开发工作室系列。创建并绘制详细的草图和技术规范，以确保设计符合品牌美学，客户需求和快速周转生产时间表。指导和对接狮丹努设计开发打样团队（技术组）进行样衣的制作。
Quickly transform popular trends and fashion elements into original designs and develop studio series. Create and draw detailed sketches and technical specifications to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics, customer demands, and fast-turnaround production timelines. Guide and assist the design and development sample-making team (technical group) of Jieshi Danu in the production of sample clothes
4、与内部跨职能团队合作，包括面料研发团队，产品开发团队，跟单团队，打样室，监督新系列的端到端开发。在业务部报价后，配合业务部按客户的目标价格调整样衣成本，使样衣价格符合客户的目标价格范围。领导客户演示展示设计概念，解释创造性的基本原理，并确保改进的反馈。
Cooperate with internal cross-functional teams including fabric R&D，PD teams, merchandiser teams, sample making room—to oversee the end-to-end development of new collections. After the business department provides the quotation, cooperate with the business department to adjust the cost of the sample garment according to the customer's target price, so that the price of the sample garment meets the customer's target price range.Lead customer presentations to showcase design concepts, explain creative rationale, and secure feedback for refinement.
三、任职要求
Qualifications:
1.学历与经验：本科及以上学历，5年以上快时尚设计师经验（如ZARA），熟悉西班牙市场商业规则与文化，有同行业经验者优先。能够在一个动态的、以截止日期为导向的环境中茁壮成长，并适应不断变化的市场趋势。
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, over 5 years of experience as a fast fashion designer (such as ZARA), familiar with the business rules and culture of the Spanish market. Candidates with experience in the same industry are preferred.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving market trends.
2.语言能力：精通中文、西班牙语（商务沟通水平）与英语。
Language proficiency: Proficient in Chinese, Spanish (for business communication) and English.
3.对快时尚女装的流行趋势有非常的敏锐度和反应能力。熟悉快时尚品牌设计和工艺，了解印绣花的工艺。对快时尚的生产周期、面料特性和质量标准有深刻的见解。
Have a very acute sense and quick response ability to the popular trends of fast fashion women's clothing.Familiar with the design and craftsmanship of fast fashion brands, and have an understanding of the techniques of printing and embroidery. Strong understanding of fast fashion production cycles, fabric properties, and quality standards.
4.外贸品牌快时尚类公司供职经历的设计师优先考虑
Designers with working experience in fast fashion companies of foreign trade brands will be given priority
5.其他要求：持有西班牙合法居留身份的中国华人，可常驻巴塞罗那，对市场趋势敏感，具备高度的职业素养与责任心。
Other requirements: Chinese nationals holding legal residence status in Spain, who can reside in Barcelona permanently, be sensitive to market trends, and possess a high level of professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
