There are also single apartments for rent with bathrooms and kitchens, with monthly rents ranging from 750 to 850 euros.
All houses are equipped with wifi, complete household equipment, comfortable and quiet.
The transportation is convenient. Tetuán, the center of Madrid, is surrounded by all public service commercial streets and bus lines 11, 66, 124, and Metro Line 1 Tetuán.
Lease term is minimum 6 months. Monthly rent is 550 euros, 1+1 month deposit. A work or study contract is required.
Price includes wifi, shared water and electricity, and cleaning of common areas (once every 2 weeks). But it does not include the cost of air conditioning in the room. You can bring your own bedding or purchase it for you.
Single international students and young staff from China are welcome. Couples or families are not accepted.
