YOUR MISSION

• Manage the financial operations of the company, which includes accounting, controlling and analysis, treasury and cash management, audit and tax, compliance and risk management;
• Set up and refine finance department’s policies, process and make sure they are in-line with group policy and local government requirement, ensure the implementation;
• Set up and train the team, supervise the daily operation, review team structure and improve finance operating;
• Make sure financial data is correctly recorded and reported; ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with IFRS &PRC GAAP, ensure the targets and KPIs are achieved in time;
• Responsible for cash flow management and working capital budget of Spanish company, to carry out the economic activity analysis together with operation and management department to support the business;
• Responsible for tax planning, and supervise and optimize tax operation in Spain;
• Responsible for internal and external audit of Spanish company, and well deal with internal and external affairs related to finance in Spanish company;
• Support JA Headquarter Financial Platform better understand local finance performance, local tax regulation and requirement;
• Be good partner to the local management team to support continuous improvement of profitability of local site.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• The ideal candidate comes with bachelor or above degree in finance, accounting, or related field;
• Over 5 + years’ experience in finance department, and 3+ years of experience managing a team of finance or accounting professionals with preferably exposure in equipment manufacturing industry;
• Big four accounting firm or local big scale CPA firm / tax agency working experience is a plus, CPA qualification is preferred;
• Overseas education or experience working in international company is highly preferred;
• Fluent Spanish, English and Chinese in oral and written is essential.;
• Work on all level from strategy to book-keeping tasks;
• Strong ability of organization, analysis and control;
• Good communicator and fast learner in adapting to company culture;
• Have a high sense of responsibility and good working attitude, able to work under great pressure.
